Information you submit to us, whether by phone, fax, e-mail or online order form, is not redistributed to any company. We do provide UPS with your e-mail to send you notification of your UPS tracking number. If you do not want your e-mail address to be sent to UPS, you may specify this on your on-line order form in the “Additional Instructions” field. UPS does not use the e-mail address for any purpose other than to send you the e-mail about the specific order you have placed at that time.

We do not have a mailing list. If you'd like a Catalog, please fill out our Catalog Request form. Catalogs are FREE for U.S. addresses. Due to high postage cost, there is a $5 charge for Catalogs shipped outside the U.S.

Entry of an order using our secure on-line ordering system may require us to contact your credit card issuer for security verification or, in the case of shipment to an address other than your home address may require us to contact your place of work or persons at the delivery address for your order.
