For quick response to your E-mail,
please follow the recommendations below:
  • Be sure your browser is set to English characters.
  • Do not send attachments! Due to the risk of virus, we do not open attachments. If you repeatedly send attachments, we may refuse to accept your e-mail. If you have something you cannot send in the text of your e-mail, please fax it to 760-744-1943.
  • Be sure your return e-mail address is a valid e-mail address.
  • Sorry, we do not repair any equipment.
  • Limited Technical Information is available through e-mail. More in-depth technical help requires you to call our Tech Help line at (760) 744-0750. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. PST to 4:00 p.m. PST.
    When Ordering, please be sure to include:
    • Method of Payment: Credit Card, Paypal or COD - when paying by credit card, please be sure to include entire credit card number, verification code AND expiration date. If any of this information is not included, your order will be delayed.
    • Method of Shipping: UPS (ground, 3-day, 2-day, next day), Postal, FedEx, etc.
    • Your Complete Name, Address and Phone Number.
     Please do not duplicate your Order by e-mailing it, then calling/faxing it!
     The e-mail and phone/fax dept. are run separately, and your order may be duplicated.
We endeavor to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends). To help, please keep this in mind:
  • E-mails sent Monday-Friday before noon PST are usually answered same day.
  • E-mails sent Friday after noon are usually answered on Monday.
  • E-mails sent on Saturday and Sunday are answered on Monday.

While e-mail is very convenient, it is not the quickest method to reach us. For faster service, or in case of emergency, please call us at (760) 744-0700.
E-mail Spoofing & Spamming
 
We never send spam!
Some spammers use a technique called “spoofing” to hide their identities. Spoofing is a form of identity theft, and accomplished by adjusting their return e-mail address to another valid e-mail address. In some cases, the spammers have changed their return to our web address so it appears that we are sending spam.

We never send unsolicited e-mail (Spam) in any event. If you do receive spam from someone using our domain name, look at the message header and you will see the actual mail route that the message took. Please contact your Internet service provider and report this informtion. Please also point out that the e-mail reply to address is spoofed and not us.

A reminder that RF Parts does not have e-mail "lists" and does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose any information you submit to us.
